There is no doubt that parents with overweight teenagers must be continually worrying about their health. these conditions are now affecting people of increasingly younger age groups. While it is important for a young person to have self confidence and self respect during their formative teenage years, this is sadly not going to be the case if they feel they do not fit into the ‘norm’ category with their school mates.
